About Us

At Arun Plans we will get your plans drawn, assist you with your building proposal and follow through your planning application with Building Regulations Approval if required.

We will prepare your plans to your requirements and ensure your works fall within the strict guidelines stipulated by the relevant Local Authority in your area.

All planning applications take a minimum of 10 -12 weeks so it is wise to get going on your project well in advance of your anticipated start date.

Our plans are drawn using the latest Computer Aided Design Packages (CAD) to ensure professionally presented drawings are submitted.
Note: Unprofessional drawings will limit your chances of having your plans passed.
